The Garlic-Parmesan Wings with Celery and Ranch and the Central 28 Beer Company Groveland Road Blood Orange IPA, a local brew from the Brew-Wing kitchen at the EPCOT Experience.

The Soy-glazed Sticky Ribs with Green Onions and Peanuts sound awesome and are hopefully as delicious as the ribs from Food and Wine a couple years back. This dish can be found at The Swanky Saucy Swine.

I can’t wait to try the Shrimp and Coconut Curry Rice Noodles with Shiitake Mushrooms and Thai Basil from The Noodle Exchange.

The Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tart with Gruyère and Crème Fraîche that I will of course be pairing with the Domaine Carneros Cuvée Brut Rosé from California because there is nothing I love more than bubbly and truffle. This can be found over at The Rotunda Bistro over by The American Pavilion in the World Showcase.
