BREAKING DISNEY NEWS! Guests Allowed to Remove Masks For Outdoor Photos

Disney has just announced that as of April 8 guests will be allowed to remove their masks for stationary outdoor photos while on Walt Disney World property.

According to Disney’s website, guests must remain stationary and maintain appropriate social distancing while taking the picture and then all guests age 2 and up must immediately put masks back on.

Disney requires masks for all guests two and up. Previously the park said guests could only remove masks while dining or swimming.

All face coverings (whether disposable or reusable) must:

  • Be made with at least 2 layers of breathable material
  • Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin
  • Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
  • Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the Guest to remain hands-free

For any indoor photos guests must keep their masks over their nose and mouths.
