On December 10, The Walt Disney Company held an Investor call to provide updates on upcoming projects and what fans and investors can expect from the company in the coming years.
This call was mainly focused on entertainment and more specifically Disney’s streaming service.
There are a lot of projects coming up for both Marvel and Star Wars.

Pixar’s latest SparkShort is called “Burrow” and follows a young rabbit trying to build the home of her dreams. Streaming this Christmas excusively on Disney+.
Pixar’s Soul will release on Disney+ on Christmas Day 2020 as well. The film stars the voices of Jamie Foxx, Tina Fey, Questlove, Phylicia Rashad, Daveed Diggs, and Angela Bassett.
Soul is the story of Joe Gardner, a middle school music teacher with a lifelong dream of performing jazz music onstage. He finally gets his big chance after impressing other jazz musicians during an opening act at the Half Note Club. However, an untimely accident causes Gardner’s soul to be separated from his body and begin to proceed to the Great Beyond. Gardner manages to escape to the Great Before, a world where souls develop personalities, quirks, and traits before being sent off to Earth. Gardner must work with souls in training at the Great Before, such as 22, a soul with a dim view on the concept of life, in order to return to Earth before his body dies.
Inside Pixar, a documentary series that takes you on a never-before-seen tour of the Pixar Animation Studios is now streaming on Disney+.
Pixar is bringing the first original long-form animated series, Win or Lose to Disney+. The show follows a middle school softball team in the week leading up to their championship game, and each episode is told from the perspective of a different character. The show is set to premiere on Disney+ in the fall of 2023.
Pixar is speeding ahead with a new series following Lightning McQueen and Mater on a road trip across the country. The series will feature new characters, old friends, and imaginative destinations.
The first of three new Pixar series coming to Disney+ is Dug Days! In this Up spin-off, Dug discovers the dangers of suburbia like puppies, fireworks, and… SQUIRRELS!!
Dug Days will premiere on Disney+ in Fall 2021.
Pixar’s next feature film is Luca. It’s a celebration of the friendship between a boy named Luca and his best friend Alberto during their unforgettable summer. You won’t want to miss Luca, diving into theaters June 2021.
