First Look Inside Disney’s State-of-The-Art Star Wars: Galactic Space Cruiser

During the IAAPA virtual event on November 16, Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro provided us with an inside look inside the brand new and highly advanced Star Wars: Galactic Space Cruiser. These are the first new renderings we have received for this highly anticipated project in months and it’s exciting to get a glimpse at the starcruiser that will take guests far away for an adventure that is truly out of this world.

Guests arrive to the hotel like any other hotel, but that’s where the similarities end. Guests check in for a two-night experience that will transport them to another galaxy… almost literally.

Once checked in, guests board a launch pod where they will blast off into space and rendezvous with the Halcyon, which is the ship guests will call home for the two-night adventure.

Guests will be able to watch, through windows similar to that in the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction, as the ship jumps to hyperspeed!

Once the Launch Pod docks with the Halcylon, guests will step into the main atrium of the ship where they will begin an amazing journey.

The story continues as you mingle with castmembers and characters who will privde a total immersion experience.

Guests will have the chance to visit the starcruiser’s Bridge to learn about operating the ship.

Inside the Engineering Room, guests will discover how the ship is run behind the scenes in crew-only areas.

Guests can also complete lightsaber training where they can discover their own connection with the Force.

And of course, there are the sleeping quarters. Check out these futuristic digs.

Stay tuned right here to For Love of the Mouse for more information as it becomes available.
