In an interview with Deadline several months back, The Walt Disney Company CEO Bob Chapek assured fans that there would be “no delays on Mandalorian.” According to Chapek, the current circumstances will not have a drastic impact on Disney +. “We have a certain amount of inventory for Disney+ that is fueling the machine. Pre-production–the development phase–can still happen during these times of lockdown, post-production can still happen.”
The second season of The Mandalorian will hit on Disney+ this fall.
