For my daytime skin care routine check out that blog post HERE! I will also link it at the end of this blog.

My nighttime skin care routine is more involved than my daytime routine. As I mentioned in my post, I have really upped my skin care in recent years and I am excited to share with you the items that I use to keep my skin from getting dull to help with anti-aging and to help me feel great with or without makeup.

I use the same cleanser at night that I do in the morning. Almost everyday I use Acure Brightening Cleansing Gel and use my PMD Clean Pro Rose Quartz but several nights a week, I switch to the Acure Brightening Facial Scrub.

36One thing I want to point out is that when I use my cleanser gel I love my PMD Clean Pro but for facial scrubs I do not. I like to use my fingers for scrubs, I think they are able to get in there better and I just really don’t like the PMD Clean Pro for scrubs, it leaves my face not feeling scrubbed and quite frankly not really feeling clean so when I scrub, I do not use the PMD Clean Pro.

34About once a week, I also love the Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion scrub. I am a big fan of thick, gritty scrubs. I don’t involve myself with a scrub that is kind of a scrub but not really a scrub. I want the scrub to dig into my skin and remove the bad stuff. I don’t scrub for a gentle, half-assed scrub; go big or go home. And this scrub as well as my Acure scrub, are not messing around.

35My eye cream for nighttime is the Nourishmax Eye Cream Diamond Extract. This product is super under the radar; it’s not mainstream, you can’t get it on Amazon, or Sephora, or Ulta or department stores. It is (currently) exclusively only on their website. I love this cream. I discovered it only a few months ago but it really helps with my dark circles and it helps brighten my undereyes. My eyes are super stubborn and a lot of creams and products just don’t work for me but this product is amazing.

38The night cream that I use on my whole face is the Kora Organics Noni Night AHA Resurfacing Serum. This is also a newer product for me. I have been using it since the beginning of 2020. I love what it is doing for my skin. My skin feels brighter, my pores feel tighter. I have several dark spots and they have all but disappeared. It doesn’t leave my skin oily at all or greasy in any way. I just love this product. I’m hooked and although both the eye cream and this resurfacing serum are pricey for what I am used to spending on these products, for me, 100% worth it.

This item and many others can be found on Sephora.com and other stores where you are able to get cash back! Rakuten (formerly Ebates) sounds too good to be true but it is legit and a truly amazing way to earn cash back on the stuff you would buy anyway. I was skeptical to try it and didn’t believe that I could truly earn cash back from thousands of stores on stuff I was buying anyway but low and behold, this site is legit and I can’t sign its praises loud enough.

Check out their site to learn more and sign up today so that you can start earning cash back for items like the Kora Organics serum and more! If you use the link I have included above, you can earn $25 with your first purchase using Rakuten! Win win!

I also have incorporated a neck cream into my routine. The StriVectin-TL Tightening Neck Cream is awesome. I mentioned in a my daytime skin care routine that I have spent a large portion of my years in the sun, so I do notice that my skin is starting to show it. Investing in a good neck cream and good skin creams are something I have made a promise to myself to do and this cream is great.

I notice that the texture of the skin on my neck is not great and I also struggle with lines and wrinkles on my neck. This cream has already worked to tighten and firm up that skin and I have really discovered that tight, smooth skin on the neck really goes a long way in the appearance of the skin and face and aging. If you are looking for a great cream and are willing to invest some dollars into helping that part of your skin out, I can’t recommend this product highly enough.

36The last part of my nighttime routine is something you have heard me talk about over and over again. My Pronexia Hairgenics Lavish Lash serum. I get asked all the time when I post makeup looks how my lashes are so thick and long. I rarely (like twice a year) wear falsies and I can’t get on board with the lash extensions, it just doesn’t fit my lifestyle for me personally but this serum is everything that is right with this world in terms of lashes.

Growing up, I had the longest, thickest lashes but as I have gotten older, my lashes thinned and were not as long. That all changed when I started using this serum. I love it. I just love it. I use it twice a day on my top lashes and they are so long and so thick that I don’t wish I had falsies at all.

The one thing I do want to say about this is that after  you use it for a few months, I like to take a one to two week break from using it. It helps my lashes to take the serum again and within a week of going back to using it, my lashes are amazing once again.

That’s it. That’s my nighttime skin routine. I have other products in my arsenal that i turn to once in a while. I like the The Ordinary Niacinamide and also the Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Oil.

I have some new Youth to the People products I am trying out and I have a HanHoo Watermelon Sleep Mask that I love as well but these are my everyday items that I love and wanted to pass on to you.  33

Thank you for stopping by and for the love of the mouse, never forget, that it all started with a mouse.
