The original Disney park has some pretty awesome stuff in store for 2020 as well. Let’s dive in to see what we can expect from Disneyland in 2020.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

37This attraction is already open on the west coast and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance opens in Disneyland on January 17, 2020. The addition of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge represents the largest expansion in the history of the park. The highly anticipated second attraction will open and complete the land.

1The attraction is an 18-minute experience and has been touted as the most technologically advanced attraction in the world. The Walt Disney Company filed numerous patents during the imagineering stage and the attraction has been a huge success on the east coast.

Rise of the Resistance will implement a virtual queue at Disneyland, similar to that in Disney World and there will be no Fast Pass availability in the near future.

If you can’t wait to experience the attraction for yourself, check out our Rise of the Resistance article below!
