Disney recently closed Mizner’s Lounge at the Grand Floridian and announced it would be re-imagineered into a Beauty and the Beast Inspired lounge called Enchanted Rose.
Enchanted Rose will delight guests with romantic Beauty and the Beast vibes. Though the theming is more subtle and luxurious than Be Our Guest over in Magic Kingdom. This lounge will includes a gorgeous chandelier inspired by Belle’s gorgeous ball gown. There is also an elegant formal library with rich details and a garden room inspired by the enchanted forest surrounding the Beast’s castle.
The full menus have been released and the flavor profiles and will delight the tastebuds with plates to share and also a wide variety of cocktails, wines, beer and more.
The bites include a crab gnochetti gratin with hints of citrus and a creamy mornay sauce, mini smoked short rib sliders with blue cheese and an onion marmalade and a house-made flatbread with charred broccoli and fennel sausage.
The cocktail menus include a Lavender Fog that has gin, Earl Grey tea, creme de violette and cream. There is also an Island Rose with Grapefruit vodka and falvors of rose, lime and orgeat which is almond flavored.
Also included in the cocktail menu that includes a traditional French 75 and a Berkshire Pork Belly with a whistle pig 10 yr rye whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters. Check out the full cocktail menus.
Don’t forget about the wine and beer lists too as well as the non-alcoholic mocktail and drink menu. There is something for everyone at Enchanted Rose.
Your crowd will experience a tale as old as time in this amazing new lounge opening soon at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
Thank you for stopping by and for the love of the mouse, never forget, that it all started with a mouse.
