Exciting News For Tokyo Disneyland

An exciting new land is coming to Tokyo Disneyland and we now know that it will open on April 15, 2020. Guests will be transported to Belle’s hometown and the scenic views from Beauty and the Beast while wandering through Maurice’s Cottage, Gaston’s fountain, restaurants and shops.

The land will include a majestic recreation of the the Beauty and the Beast Castle and iside the castle will be the Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast where guests will venture through the animated classic in ride vehicles designed like dishes in an eight-mnute long ride through some of the film’s best scenes and musical scores.

When guests venture into the forest, they will stumble uponwill the Fantasyland Forest Theatre, the first full-scale indoor theater at Tokyo Disneyland.

FastPasses will be available at themed kiosks at Maurice’s Cottage.

A counter service restaurant, Gaston’s Tavern, similar to that in New Fantasyland in Disney World will be where guests can grab a bite to eat.

But that’s not all that’s getting a revamp and opening to guests on April 15.

Tomorrowland and Toontown will also be getting some new friends and fun. You can join everyone’s favorite healthcare companion  on The Happy Ride with Baymax (ba la la la la la la) and enjoy The Big Pop, an outer space-themed popcorm shop coming to Tomorrowland.

In Toontown, Minnie’s Style Studio will allow guests be able to meet and greet Minnie Mouse.

Although exact numbers have not been released, the expansion is estimated to cost a smidge under $700 million.
