We are now officially into the D23 expo and the news just keeps coming. So far two of the biggest topics of conversation and announcements for D23 2019, at least so far into official day 1 and also from the media preview on Thursday evening, August 22 have been Epcot and Disney+.

We have big news coming out of D23 on the evening of the first official day of D23, August 23.

Just announced by producer Kathleen Kennedy is that by the end of year one for Disney+, the entire Star Wars catalog will be available on the brand new Disney streamig service. You can watch the entire trailer that debuted on August 23 at D23 HERE!

An exciting brand new series and the first of its kind will also premier on Disney+ beginning on November 12, which is the first day that the streaming service will be available. The Mandalorian will be the first ever live-action Star Wars series.

The Clone Wars series will also be returing and new episodes are coming exclusively to Disney+ beginning in February 2020.

In addition, there is an amazing lineup of Marvel shows that will be coming to Disney+ exclusively when the service debuts later this year. Those shows include, She Hulk, Wanda Vision, Loki and more. We discussed more on this in our original post highlighting many of the amazing shows coming to Disney+ HERE!

Also coming in 2020 will be a brand new Muppets show called Muppets Now. This will be an unscripted, short-form, series that will feature a variety of celebrity guest appearances.

Remember Lizzie McGuire? I sure do and even though this will age me, I will let you know, this was a bit after my childhood. But Lizzie is coming back! Hilary Duff is coming bac for a Lizzie McGuire Sequel. The new series will follow a now 30-year old Lizzie who is living her life in New York City. From what we hear, like the original series, the new show will also include the familiar animated version of a young Lizzie who offers up funny, revealing commentary on what grown-up Lizzie is really thinking.

Stay tuned for more news on Disney+ and so much more from D23 as it is released.

Thank you for stopping by and for the love of the mouse, never forget, that it all started with a mouse.
