43If you are heading to Walt Disney World for New Year’s but looking for something a little different than wall to wall crowds and capacity notices at the parks, the new Disney Riviera Resort is hosting an exclusive New Year’s Eve Masquerade at the resorts rooftop dining experience Topolino’s.

With views of both Hollywood Studios and Epcot, this unique signature dining location is the perfect setting for “Mezzanotte at Topolino’s: An Italian Masquerade” being offered for one-night only on New Year’s Eve 2019.

45Though a menu is not yet available for this brand new dining experience at one of Disney’s brand new Disney Vacation Club resorts, the regular dining menu and we expect this special event menu offers “flavors of the Riviera”. The restaurant is now accepting reservations through the My Disney Experience app or by calling Disney.

Reservations for the “Mezzanotte at Topolino’s: An Italian Masquerade” are available beginning on July 16 for Disney Vacation Club members and are open to the general public on July 18.

46Capacity is limited for this unique and festive event hosting by Disney. Guests will be capped at 200 and the evening will offer European-inspired buffets, food stations and a la carte tapas. Menu options are to include a selection ofartisanal cheeses, imported French and Italian charcuterie, house-made breads, chilled seafood, hand-crafted pastas, European desserts, and other French and Italian specialties sure to delight any taste bud.

47Guests will have the opportunity to view the New Year’s Eve fireworks displays from both Hollywood Studios and Epcot with a unique rooftop viewing location.

Check-in for the event will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 31. The event begins at 8 p.m. and ends at 12:15 a.m.

The cost of $550 which includes tax and gratuity, per person. The price includes food, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and musical entertainment that ranges from a DJ to traditional Italian musicians and vocalists.

There will be a dress code enforced for this masquerade. Men must wear dress pants or slacks and a collared shirt. Women are asked to don dresses, skirts, pants and blouses. What an exciting opportunity to get a little fancy and spruced up for a night out at a Disney resort for a fun and one-of-a-kind event. Why not go all out and dress to the nine’s!
