First things first, head over to everyone’s favorite pizza spot in Epcot, Via Napoli for a glorious selection of boozy popsicles. There are three frozen flavors you can try, Limoncello, Sparkling Strawberry Wine and Berry Sangria.

For a non-alcoholic option, try their Strawberry and Tiramisu flavors.

45A favorite of ours that certainly isn’t new but is a must have during the hot summer months, and year round really is also at Epcot. The American Dream slushy is available at Fife and Drum and features Blue raspberry and frozen strawberry slushy flavors surrounding vanilla soft serve.

Fife and Drum is also home to serveral Guardians of the Galaxy treats this summer that go perfectly with the Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix Live show also in the American pavilion.

39Traditional Fruit popsicles called paletas are available over in the Mexico pavilion at La Cantina San Angel. There are several flavors to choose from, something for every palette, there are lemon and mango with chili and coconut. Certain to refresh you on a hot day.

48Head over to Animal Kingdom and Tiffins or their lounge area Nomad Lounge for one of my favorite drink options on property the Annapurna Sling, a sweet and tarte passion fruit puree, Bombay Sapphire gin, ginger beer, a hint of mint and you have an amazing cocktail that will give you the zing you need to wait in that Flight of Passage line.

Also available are several other drink options including the non alcoholic Hibiscus Henna, a sweet blend of watermelon, hibiscus, lime juice and topped with soda water and the alcoholic drink, The Leaping Lizard which features Malibu Pineapple Rum and Cachaca with passion fruit, mango and orange juice.

41Pair one of those with a Passion Fruit Tapioca Créme or the Guava Mousse available at Tiffins, but always ask because they will often oblige you in the lounge as well.

49Available at many of the pool bars around the Walt Disney World resorts is the Pina Colava. An amazing blend of the traditional frozen pina colada and swirled with a raspberry puree. Nothing says summer or vacation quite like this!

47Over at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, the ultimate beachey cocktail is the Lapu Lapu. Served in a whole hollowed out pineapple and topped with, what else, a paper umbrella of course, this drink is definitely big enough to share and includes Meyer’s dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine and sweet and sour mix and then topped off with Bacardi 151.

42Disney Springs has a plethora of summery treats for you! Frontera Cocina has the Aqua de Jamaica or the Coconut-Lime Cuatro Leches, a four milks soaked sponge take with coconut, lime zest and fresh blackberries, oh and topped with whipped cream!

Wine Bar George not only has added a Frozcato their brunch menu but it also now comes in a Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich. A Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich made with pineapple, moscato and vodka and rolled in pineapple sprinkles. Summer is here!

For a lighter refreshing pick me up, head over to for one of their tasty sorbet options that come in flavors like mango lime or guava.

These are just a few of the summery offerings around Walt Disney World this summer. Whatever your taste, Disney has you covered this summer.

Thank you for stopping by and for the love of the mouse, never forget, that it all started with a mouse.
