The Fourth of July is typically one of the busiest days in the parks at Walt Disney World. Guests line up hours prior to the fireworks to snag a primo viewing spot for this extraordinary display of pyrotechnics.

This year, Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members have a new opportunity and a unique viewing opportunity for the Magic Kingdom fireworks celebration on the Fourth of July. Members are invited to Top of the World Lounge which is a DVC exclusive location in Disney’s Contemporary Resort to view the fireworks from above. With breathtaking views overlooking all of Magic Kingdom and a stellar view of Cinderella’s Castle, this is a fun and new chance to members to skip the crowds and have a unique Fourth of July experience.

47The event runs from 7:30 – 9:30 pm on July 4 only. The event includes a buffet of appetizers and desserts and comes with beer and wine selections for those of age to imbibe.

45At the conclusion of the event, guests will be invited to the viewing spot for look high above Magic Kingdom to view, “Disney’s Celebrate America!—A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky.”
