60 Hours of Fun

We have a quick 60 hour trip to Walt Disney World coming up in only a few short days. This trip will be jam packed and I mean packed with adventure. If you are going to travel to Florida from over 1,800 miles away for a weekend trip, you make the absolute most out of it. So, that is what we are going to do!

castleOne of our favorite vloggers Michael Kay likes to say, that he will sleep when he gets back to his temporary housing location. We wholeheartedly agree! The time for sleep is not in the House of Mouse. So, we arrive from different places on Friday; me from North Carolina, Hubby from Colorado. We get in around 5 pm on a Friday and the plan is to head to Hollywood Studios. I’m going to get real with you here for a minute. I think going to Hollywood Studios right now is fruitless.

There are very few decent restaurants there at the moment and besides the march of the First Order and the Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage show, there is nothing there. I mean there is literally no reason to go, except we want to see the models that are set up for what is to come and to see Star Wars:¬† a Galactic Spectacular, the fireworks show. So, that’s what we are doing.

starsSaturday is a full day! We are rope dropping Animal Kingdom in the morning for our first Pandora experience and then heading over to Epcot Food and Wine Festival which starts at 11 when the World Showcase opens. Plan is to hit the Epcot IllumiNations and then head to Magic Kingdom for Happily Ever After.

Sunday we are hitting the magic hard! Magic Kingdom all day. And maybe, just maybe, mixed with a little Food and Wine Festival in there somewhere. We have Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party that night and it is going to be awesome!

There are some times in Disney where I encourage people to rest, relax, take it all in. A 60 hour trip is not one of those times. We only have a very short time and so many things to squeeze in, there will be time on other trips to stop and smell the Mickey waffles.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this sneak peak into our surprise trip. I hope you will follow along on our journey through Twitter and Instagram as well! We’ll see ya’ real soon and for the love of the mouse, never forget, that it all started with a mouse!
